Rink Rats App uses a unique algorithm called Skills Trifecta to create even teams within the app. This algorithm is based on the players’ skills rating and uses a combination of three different types of assessments: self-rating, peer rating, and actual skills assessment. By utilizing the combined average from the Skills Trifecta, the app ensures that teams are evenly matched, leading to more competitive and enjoyable games. This feature not only benefits the players but also the teams and the hockey rinks, by creating a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
